At Anam-Q, every scarf is packed with care and a little piece of our heart. As a small business, your support means the world to us, and we want you to feel as confident in your purchase as we do in our designs. If your new piece isn’t quite the perfect fit for your story, we are happy to offer a return or exchange.
The Fine Print (Our Policy)

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Original Condition: To be eligible, your scarf must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached. Because silk is so delicate, we perform a quick inspection of all returns to ensure they are in perfect state for their next home.

Personalised Items: Please note that any items that have been personalised or custom-made specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs: As a small boutique, we are unable to cover return postage at this time. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
How to Start Your Return
1. Say Hello: Send us an email at contact@anam-q.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We love hearing your feedback—it helps us grow!
2. Pack with Care: Carefully fold your scarf and place it back in its original packaging. Since silk is delicate, please ensure it’s protected from moisture or sharp objects during transit.
3. Send it Back: Mail your package to the address we provide in our reply email. Pro-tip: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Since these are luxury items, we want to make sure they find their way back to us safely, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in the mail.
4. Reflection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your scarf, we will send you an email to notify you that it has arrived. If everything looks perfect, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
